Deadline: February 1 (postmarked)
The application to the graduate program in the School of Art is a two-part process involving admission to both the Graduate College and the School of Art. The application deadline for admission is February 1 (postmarked) for entry into a degree program the following Fall. Late applications will not be reviewed or accepted. Students may enter only at the beginning of Fall Semester.
All applicants, regardless of program, must possess an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution. Prerequisites and/or remedial work may be assigned at the discretion of the faculty in the student's proposed division of study and will not count toward the student's official degree coursework. Students who have earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or any undergraduate degree in their intended course of study from Bowling Green State University are strongly discouraged from applying. Exceptions may be made based upon special circumstances and require the unanimous consent of the graduate faculty in the division housing the student's proposed area of study.
